Announcement on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel

I. Board Meeting Situation
According to the "Company Law," "Guidelines for the Standardized Operation of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market," "Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and other relevant regulations, Shanghai Ba'an Water Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 20th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors on June 14, 2024, to review and approve the proposals for the appointment of the General Manager and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Company. The board agreed to appoint Mr. Hu Jianglin as General Manager, Mr. Wang Jinxu as Executive Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Wang Yuchun, Ms. Jenny Dehui Zhang, Mr. Yang Zheng, Mr. Hong Gang, and Mr. Chen Xing as Deputy General Managers, with terms effective from the date of this board resolution until the expiration of the 5th Board of Directors' term.
Mr. Yao Zewei, the former General Manager, resigned due to health reasons and will serve as a technical advisor after his resignation. As of now, Mr. Yao holds 51,975 shares of the Company and has no outstanding commitments. His original term as a senior management member was set to last until the expiration of the 5th Board of Directors. The Company expresses heartfelt gratitude for Mr. Yao's contributions to the Company's development during his tenure as General Manager.
The management changes aim to optimize the Company's governance structure. The new management team will promptly provide advanced sustainable energy materials, technologies, and processes for the Company's traditional environmental water projects, benefiting the Company's sustainable development and aligning with its long-term strategic planning.
