During the reporting period, the company has become one of the manufacturers in the industry with a complete technical system for clean application materials and high-purity and ultra-high-purity application materials.
In the field of high-purity products, the company's products mainly include key components of high-purity vacuum systems and high-purity gas transmission systems. It owns the independent brands "AdvanTorr" (vacuum products) and "NanoPure" (gas products), which are widely used in semiconductor equipment, quasi-semiconductor equipment, and related plant systems. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Fangxin Precision focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of gas distribution plates (Shower Head) and process kits, which can be used in related equipment in the quasi-semiconductor field.
