Report on the Audit Committee's Supervision of the Accounting Firm's Performance in 2025
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 2 - Norms for the Operation of GEM Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and "Work Rules of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee," etc., the Board of Directors' Audit Committee of Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has, with diligence and responsibility, fulfilled its duties. This report outlines the supervision performed by the Audit Committee on the performance of the accounting firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Accounting Firm") in 2025.
I. Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
(I) Basic Information Zhitong Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was established in 1981, with its registered address at the 5th Floor, Saite Plaza, 22 Jianguo Men Wai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The chief partner is Li Huiqi. As of the end of 2025, Zhitong had nearly 6,000 employees, including 244 partners and 1,361 certified public accountants. Over 400 certified public accountants have signed audit reports for securities services. In 2024, the firm audited 297 listed companies, primarily in manufacturing; information transmission, software, and information technology services; wholesale and retail; electricity, heat, gas, and water production and supply; and transportation, warehousing, and postal services, with a total audit fee of RMB 386 million. In 2024, it audited 166 listed companies, with audit fees totaling RMB 41.5624 million. The Company has 5 listed companies in the same industry as its audit clients.
