Deliberation Procedures The Company held the seventh meeting of the sixth Board of Directors on April 28, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Company's 2025 Profit Distribution Plan." The Board of Directors believes that this profit distribution plan complies with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law" and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" regarding profit distribution. Considering the Company's actual operating conditions, future business development, and capital needs, the Board of Directors agrees that the Company will not distribute profits for 2025. This proposal needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation and voting.
