Bohai Bank Co., Ltd. Chengdu Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Bohai Bank Chengdu Branch"), as the plaintiff, has filed a lawsuit against Defendant 1 Intelligent Engineering Company and Defendant 2 Company due to a dispute over the subrogation of creditor's rights. Sichuan Yuanshengyang Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuanshengyang Company") is the third party. As of now, the case has been accepted and is not yet scheduled for hearing.
