This led to the passive dilution of the shareholding ratio of Sichuan Development Securities Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. — Sichuan Capital Market Relief Development Securities Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Chuanfa Securities Fund"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the Company's shares, to below 5%.
