Announcement on Cumulative Litigation, Arbitration, and Progress
The Company and the Board of Directors guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information disclosed, and that there are no false records, misleading statements, or major omissions.
Shandong Meichen Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meichen Technology" or "the Company") has, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," compiled statistics on new litigation and arbitration cases accumulated by the Company within twelve consecutive months. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of New Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration
As of the date of this announcement, excluding previously disclosed litigation and arbitration cases, the Company has accumulated 8 new litigation and arbitration cases within twelve consecutive months, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 10.03 million. This amount exceeds 10% of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period, and the cumulative case amount exceeds RMB 10 million.
There are no single litigation or arbitration cases among the newly added cumulative litigation and arbitration that exceed 10% of the absolute value of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period, nor do they exceed RMB 10 million in absolute amount.
II. Progress of Previously Disclosed Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration
From July 15, 2026 (the date of the Company's previous disclosure of litigation and arbitration information) to the date of this announcement, 10 previously disclosed litigation and arbitration cases have made new progress (including 3 cases that have been judged/mediated, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 142.72 million; and 7 cases that have been closed, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 1,725.18 million).
Apart from the progress of the aforementioned cases, there has been no significant progress in others.
