Shandong Meichen Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meichen Technology" or "the Company") has statistically analyzed the cumulative new litigation and arbitration matters over the past twelve months in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Stock Listing Rules" and hereby announces the specific situation as follows:
I. Basic Situation of New Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, excluding previously disclosed litigation and arbitration cases, the Company has cumulatively initiated 4 new litigation and arbitration cases within the past twelve months, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 12.0122 million, exceeding 10% of the Company's net assets as audited in the most recent period, and the total case amount exceeding RMB 10 million.
The newly added cumulative litigation in this announcement does not include any single litigation case where the amount involved exceeds 10% of the Company's net assets as audited in the most recent period and the absolute amount exceeds RMB 10 million.
II. Progress of Previously Disclosed Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration
From June 30, 2026 (the date of the Company's previous disclosure of litigation and arbitration information) to the date of this announcement, one of the previously disclosed litigation and arbitration matters has made new progress (a first-instance judgment has been made, with a case amount of approximately RMB 1,408.98 million, and the Company and its subsidiary Hangzhou Seastone Landscape Group Co., Ltd. are not liable as defendants in the case). Apart from the progress in this case, there has been no significant progress in other cases.
Details of litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company with an amount exceeding RMB 10 million and their progress are detailed in Attachment 1.
