Announcement on Cumulative Litigation, Arbitration, and Progress

Shandong Meichen Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meichen Technology" or the "Company") has, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," compiled statistics on new litigation and arbitration matters accumulated by the Company within twelve consecutive months. The specific situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of New Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration
As of the date of this announcement, excluding previously disclosed litigation and arbitration cases, the Company has accumulated 13 new litigation and arbitration matters within twelve consecutive months, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 1,001.41 million (of which the Company is the plaintiff in 2 cases, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 104.87 million; the Company is the defendant in 11 cases, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 896.54 million), exceeding 10% of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period, and the cumulative case amount exceeds RMB 10 million.
The new cumulative litigation in this announcement does not include any single litigation case with an amount exceeding 10% of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period and an absolute amount exceeding RMB 10 million.
II. Progress of Previously Disclosed Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration
From March 23, 2026 (the date of the Company's previous disclosure of litigation and arbitration matters) to the date of this announcement, 31 previously disclosed litigation and arbitration cases have made new progress, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 4,994.95 million. Among these, 1 case where the Company is the plaintiff has made progress (1 case has been judged, with a case amount of approximately RMB 4.50 million); 30 cases where the Company is the defendant have made progress (21 cases have been closed, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 3,429.04 million; 4 cases have been judged/mediated, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 830.34 million; 5 cases have entered the execution stage, with a total case amount of approximately RMB 735.57 million). Apart from the new progress in these 31 cases, other disclosed cases have not made significant progress. For litigation and arbitration matters with a case amount greater than RMB 10 million and their progress, please refer to Attachment 1.
