Shenzhen Guangyunda Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") at the 34th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Amending the Company's Articles of Association" and the "Proposal on Amending Certain Corporate Governance Systems." To improve the company's governance structure, enhance the board of directors' decision-making efficiency, and standardize operations, the company plans to establish specialized board committees. In addition to the existing Audit Committee, Strategy, Nomination, and Compensation & Assessment Committees will be added. Furthermore, to adapt to the company's long-term strategic development, the company plans to add the position of Co-Chairman to the Board of Directors to assist the Chairman in his work.
