Statement and Commitment of Independent Director Candidate
Declarant Xiao Yingjie, as a candidate for the sixth board of directors of Shenzhen Guangyunda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., has fully understood and agreed to be nominated by the nominator for the sixth board of directors of Shenzhen Guangyunda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. as an independent director candidate. I hereby publicly declare and guarantee that there are no relationships between myself and the Company that affect my independence, and that I meet the requirements for the qualifications and independence of independent director candidates stipulated by relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, and the business rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
