Keda Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Keda Intelligent") announces the signing of a framework contract with Huaxi Energy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaxi Energy").
This contract aims to provide equipment and services for the development of the 4×160MW thermal power project at Al-Daura. The total estimated value of the contract is approximately USD 130 million.

- The company may purchase equipment from Huaxi Energy to provide for the project.
- The signing of the framework contract will further promote the company's expansion into overseas markets.
- The project is expected to generate significant revenue for both parties.
