Recently, Beijing Ehualloo Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yilu" or "the Company") received a summons and civil complaint from the Intermediate People's Court of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The court accepted the financial loan contract dispute case filed by the plaintiff China Construction Bank Corporation Xuzhou Tongshan Branch and the third party Bank of Jiangsu Co., Ltd. Xuzhou Science and Technology Branch against the defendant Blue Security Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Blue Security Company"), and simultaneously named Yilu as the second defendant (Case No. [2026] Su 03 Min Chu No. 296).
