Mr. Liu Canhui, Doctor of Philosophy, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. He graduated from the School of Economics and Management, Hunan Normal University, and has been engaged in scientific research and financial management for many years. He served as an independent director of the Company from October 10, 2015, to October 10, 2025.
During his tenure at the Company, Mr. Liu Canhui resigned from his position as an independent director. He has no other positions in the Company or its subsidiaries, and there is no relationship with the Company or its related parties that would affect his independent judgment.
