Recently, the Company and its subsidiary, Longyan Yongding District Nachuan Water Environment Development Co., Ltd., received the (2026) Min 08 Zhi 76 "Enforcement Decision" and "Consumption Restriction Order" issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Longyan City, Fujian Province. The specific circumstances are announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Major Arbitration Matters
On July 2, 2025, the Company received the "Arbitration Notice" (Xiamen Arbitration Document No. 20251601-2) and other legal documents issued by the Xiamen Arbitration Commission. The Fujian Provincial Government-Enterprise Cooperation Guidance Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and the Longyan Branch of Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. filed an arbitration application against the Company and its subsidiary, Longyan Yongding District Nachuan Water Environment Development Co., Ltd., due to a financial loan contract dispute. On December 15, 2025, the Company received the "Arbitration Award" (Xiamen Arbitration Document No. 20251601) issued by the Xiamen Arbitration Commission.
