- Risk of Macroeconomic Cyclical Fluctuations
The Company's downstream industries cover a wide range of fields, including construction materials, rail transit, petrochemicals, automobile manufacturing, and electrical and electronic equipment. Most of these industries belong to national strategic basic industries, and their development is closely related to macroeconomic policies, the growth rate of the national economy, and the scale of fixed asset investment. Currently, global economic growth momentum is slowing, and uncertain factors such as inflationary pressure, local geopolitical conflicts, and trade protectionism are intertwined, leading to an increasingly complex macroeconomic policy environment. If the domestic and international economic situation continues to be under pressure in the future, and demand in downstream related industries slows down or fixed asset investment shrinks, it may have an adverse impact on the Company's product demand, sales prices, and overall profitability, leading to the risk of fluctuations in the Company's operating performance. To this end, the Company will closely track changes in the domestic and international macroeconomic situation and actively adapt to the new normal of economic development. By dynamically adjusting product structure, optimizing industrial layout, and continuously increasing investment in technological innovation and new product research and development, the Company aims to better adapt to changes in market demand. At the same time, the Company will deepen the development of domestic and international markets and improve the level of refined management to resist the impact of macroeconomic cycle fluctuations by enhancing its own core competitiveness.
