I. Meeting Information
The sixth meeting of the sixth board of Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was held on May 26, 2026, via communication methods. The meeting notice was delivered to all directors and senior management via email, WeChat, or phone on May 26, 2026. In accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and the relevant provisions of the Board Meeting Rules, all directors unanimously agreed to waive the notice period requirement for this meeting. A total of 9 directors were supposed to attend, and all 9 directors were present. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Yang Guowen, the Chairman, with all senior management in attendance. The convening and holding of the meeting complied with the provisions of the Company Law and other laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s Articles of Association, making the meeting legal and valid.
