On July 31, 2026, Fujian Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Fujian Pharmaceutical Group Ningbo Tianheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Fujian Pharmaceutical Group Yantai Zhuchu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Fujian Pharmaceutical Group Hubei Renmin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianheng Pharmaceutical," "Zhuchu Pharmaceutical," and "Renmin Pharmaceutical" respectively), participated in the bidding for the 12th batch of national centralized drug procurement and use organized by the National Joint Procurement Office for Centralized Drug Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the "Joint Procurement Office"). After the opening and evaluation of bids by the Joint Procurement Office, some of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries' drugs have been preliminarily selected for this centralized procurement.
