On June 4, 2026, the Company held the fourth meeting of the eighth board of directors, which reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the change of the general manager. The board recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Zhang Weiliang, the general manager, who applied to resign from his position due to work adjustments. After resigning, Mr. Zhang will no longer hold any position in the Company.
