Beijing Jiacheng Century Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") Audit Committee, in accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," and "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 2 - Norms for the Operation of Listed Companies on the ChiNext Market," and other relevant regulations, has conscientiously performed its duties with diligence and responsibility. The following is a report on the Audit Committee's evaluation of Beijing Zhongming Guocheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership)'s performance in 2025 and its fulfillment of supervisory responsibilities:

(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Beijing Zhongming Guocheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongming Guocheng" or the "Firm") was founded in 2008. It is a specialized, group-oriented, and international securities accounting firm headquartered at No. 18 Hengji Center, Jianguomennei Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing.
As of the end of 2025, the Firm had 95 partners and 559 registered accountants. Among these registered accountants, 323 had signed securities service business.
The Firm's total business revenue for 2025 (unaudited) was RMB 501.6285 million, of which audit business revenue (unaudited) was RMB 375.0210 million, and securities business revenue (unaudited) was RMB 89.6451 million.
The Firm audited the annual reports of 18 listed companies in 2025.
With over ten years of rapid development, Zhongming Guocheng aims to build a comprehensive service platform and has achieved full coverage of audit, consulting, and valuation services.
