(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the written resignation report from Independent Director Mr. Sun Wenlei on its board of directors recently. Mr. Sun Wenlei has applied to resign from his position as an independent director of the Company's Sixth Board of Directors due to personal reasons. He will also resign from his positions as Chairman of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors. His original term of office was from January 15, 2026, to January 14, 2029. After his resignation, Mr. Sun Wenlei will no longer hold any positions in the Company.
