- The Company received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's decision on the termination of its stock listing on June 18, 2020. From the next trading day after the fifteen trading days following the decision (i.e., July 14, 2020), the Company's stock will enter the delisting transition period. If the Company files for a review and the Appeal Review Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange upholds the delisting decision, the stock will enter the delisting transition period from the next trading day after the committee's decision. The next trading day after the delisting transition period ends, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will delist the Company's stock.
