Xiong'an New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "New Energy") received the "Filing Notice" (Certificate of Filing No. 0162025008) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") on September 19, 2025. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, in accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to file a case for investigation. For specific details, please refer to the "Announcement on Receiving the CSRC Filing Notice" (Announcement No.: 2025-069) disclosed by the Company on the Juchao Information Network on September 19, 2025.
On August 7, 2026, the Company received the "Prior Administrative Penalty Notice" (Certificate of Supervision and Punishment No. [2026] 2) issued by the Hebei Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:

Xiong'an New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Mao Fengli, Mao Junliang, Cheng Fangfang, Zhang Meng, Zong Ran:
The case of suspected information disclosure violations and non-compliance by Xiong'an New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Xiong'an KeRong Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as New Energy or the Company), Mao Fengli, has been investigated and concluded by this Bureau. This Bureau intends to impose administrative penalties on you. The facts, reasons, basis for the alleged violations, and your rights are hereby informed.
The investigation found the following facts regarding the alleged violations by New Energy and Mao Fengli:
From June 2016 to October 2024, Mao Fengli was the actual controller of New Energy.
Mao Fengli did not later than September 28, 2020, control Hebei Nuo'an Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nuo'an Fund). According to Article 71, Item 3 of the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 40) and Article 62, Item 4 of the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 182), because New Energy and Nuo'an Fund were jointly controlled by Mao Fengli, Nuo'an Fund was a related party to New Energy.
