Due to personal health reasons, she is unable to perform her duties normally and has applied to resign as Chairman of the Sixth Board of Directors of the Company.
On June 29, 2026, the Company held the Eighth Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors, which reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-election of the Chairman of the Sixth Board of Directors of the Company".
