HeXin Shengkang Life Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby reports on the evaluation of the auditor's performance for 2025, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules No. 2 - Norms for the Operation of GEM Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association." The evaluation is conducted with the principle of diligence and conscientiousness, fulfilling duties and performing duties conscientiously. (I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
HeXin Certified Public Accountants LLP (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "HeXin CPAs") was established in December 1987. It was approved by the Ministry of Finance and transformed into a special general partnership in April 2013. Its name was Shandong HeXin Certified Public Accountants LLP (Special General Partnership), and it was renamed HeXin Certified Public Accountants LLP (Special General Partnership) in July 2019. Its registered address is Jinan City, Shandong Province, and its chief partner is Mr. Wang Hui.
HeXin CPAs has obtained a practicing certificate issued by the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance. It is one of the first accounting firms in China to obtain qualifications for securities and futures-related businesses and has over 30 years of experience in securities business.
HeXin CPAs is a member of the international accounting network HLB Hao Xin International. In 2019, it obtained the "Certificate of Registration for Third Country Accounting Firms" issued by the German Chamber of Public Accountants (WPK).
As of the end of 2025, HeXin CPAs had 45 partners and 249 certified public accountants. Among them, 139 certified public accountants signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
In 2024, HeXin CPAs' audited total revenue was RMB 301.65 million, of which audit service revenue was RMB 216.88 million and securities service revenue was RMB 92.38 million.
