In 2023, the Company completed the transfer of equity related to its subsidiary engaged in the deep processing of pine oil. Currently, the cosmetics business has become the Company's core main business. In 2025, the wholly-owned subsidiary, Nox Bellcow Cosmetics Co., Ltd., is projected to contribute 99.64% of the Company's consolidated operating income, making it the Company's primary operating entity.
