I. Overview of Joint Investment with Professional Investment Institutions
On June 11, 2026, Taishang Fengneng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Taishang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taishang Investment Holding"), jointly signed the "Partnership Agreement of Jiaxing Yuanxuan Muchen Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with Guangzhou Kaide Nanfang Industrial Innovation Private Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Haining Yujun Chaofeng Innovation Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yuanxuan Muchen Fund" or "Investment Fund") in Guangzhou. The parties agreed to jointly establish Jiaxing Yuanxuan Muchen Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). Taishang Investment Holding, as a limited partner, contributed RMB 10.4 million in its own funds, holding a 25% stake in Yuanxuan Muchen Fund. (I) Fund Raising Completed
