Chengdu Galaxy Magnets Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the sixth meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors on March 26, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Accounting Firm." The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Matters Regarding Re-appointment of Accounting Firm
Sichuan Huaxin (Group) Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) possesses securities practice qualifications, adheres to the principle of independent auditing in its practice, and can issue various professional reports for the Company on time, with objective and fair content. Considering the firm's audit quality, service level, and fees, the Company proposes to re-appoint Sichuan Huaxin (Group) Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's audit institution for the 2026 fiscal year, and agrees to pay a total audit fee of RMB 4.5 million for the 2025 annual report (including RMB 3.4 million for the annual financial report audit and RMB 1.1 million for the internal control audit).
