(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently learned that the recombinant rotavirus subunit vaccine (E. coli) developed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Zhifei Green Bamboo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhifei Green Bamboo"), has received an acceptance notice for its drug clinical trial application from the National Medical Products Administration (Application Acceptance Number: CXSL2600643). If no negative or questioning opinions are received from the Center for Drug Evaluation within 60 days of acceptance, Zhifei Green Bamboo may proceed with clinical trials according to the submitted plan.
