2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report

Report Description

The "Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report 2025" (hereinafter referred to as "this Report") is the fourth ESG report released by Ringpu Bio Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "Ringpu Bio," "the Company," or "we"). This Report presents the Company's practices and performance in the economic, environmental, social, and governance fields with the principles of objectivity, standardization, transparency, and comprehensiveness, to stakeholders.

Report Scope

The information disclosed in this Report covers Ringpu Bio and its subsidiaries, consistent with the scope of Ringpu Bio's consolidated financial statements. Please refer to the "Ringpu Bio Co., Ltd. 2025 Annual Report" for details.

Time Period

This Report is an annual report covering the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. To enhance comparability and completeness, some content extends beyond this period.

Basis of Preparation

This Report is prepared in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 2 — Norms for the Operation of GEM Companies (2025 Revision)," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 3 — Sustainable Development Report Preparation," the "China Enterprise Sustainable Development Report Guide (CASS-ESG 6.0)" by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Research Society, the "Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards," and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), among other mainstream domestic and international standards.

Data Sources and Reliability Assurance

The information and data disclosed in this Report are derived from Ringpu Bio's internal official documents, statistical reports, and annual reports. Where data disclosed in this Report differs from that in Ringpu Bio's 2025 Annual Report, the Annual Report shall prevail. This Report was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors on March 27, 2026.
