(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's decision on the termination of the stock listing (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2024] No. 535). Given that the company's stock has been decided to be delisted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Growth Enterprise Market Listing Rules (2024 Revision)" and the "Implementation Measures for Delisted Companies Entering the Delisting Sector for Transfer," the Company shall promptly carry out relevant work after the stock is delisted to ensure that the company's shares can enter the National SME Share Transfer System within 45 trading days after delisting, relying on the original securities company's entrusted share transfer system for management in the delisting sector (hereinafter referred to as "Delisting Sector").
