- Explanation of the Appointment of the Sponsor Broker
On July 5, 2024, Baoli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") decision on the termination of the Company's stock listing (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2024] No. 535). The Company's stock will be delisted from the SZSE within 15 trading days following this decision. According to Article 10.7.11 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules (2024 Revision)," a listed company must sign an agreement with a qualified securities company (hereinafter referred to as the sponsor broker) before its stock is delisted, to provide share transfer services after the termination of the listing, and authorize it to handle matters related to the stock exchange market registration and settlement system, including share exit registration, share re-confirmation, and registration settlement.
