Special Reminder:

1. Baoli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Baoli New") has conducted a statistical analysis of litigation matters involving the Company and its subsidiaries, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's GEM Listing Rules. As of the date of this announcement, the cumulative amount involved in new lawsuits is approximately 36.0116 million yuan, accounting for 18.81% of the Company's latest audited net assets, reaching the disclosure standard. Among these, the Company is the plaintiff in 2 cases (not yet adjudicated), with a total amount involved of 35.1332 million yuan, accounting for 97.56%; the Company and its subsidiaries are defendants in 2 cases (not yet adjudicated), with a total amount involved of 878,700 yuan, accounting for 2.44%.

2. Given that some cases have not yet been heard or adjudicated, the impact on the Company's current or future profits remains uncertain. The Company will continue to monitor the progress of the aforementioned lawsuits and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner, while also reminding investors to pay attention to investment risks.

I. Basic Information on New Lawsuits

(1) As of the date of this announcement, the new lawsuits involving the Company as a plaintiff are as follows:

Case 1:

1. Parties involved: Plaintiff: Baoli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Defendant: Shaanxi Lanwan Jinping New Energy Co., Ltd.
2. Cause of action: Dispute over sales contract
3. Claims: The Company and all members of the Board guarantee that the content of the announcement is true, accurate, and complete, with no false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions.
   • (1) Request for the defendant to pay the overdue principal of 33,551,080.82 yuan;
   • (2) Request for the defendant to pay overdue payment losses until the actual payment date, provisionally calculated at 570,368.37 yuan; (calculated based on the overdue principal of 33,551,080.82 yuan at an annual interest rate of 18% from October 1, 2023, until the actual payment date, provisionally calculated until November 3, 2023);
   • (3) Request for the defendant to bear the case acceptance fee and preservation fee. (Total: 34,121,449.19 yuan)

Case 2:

2. Cause of action: Dispute over sales contract
3. Claims:
   • (1) Request for Defendant 1 to return the performance deposit of 900,000 yuan to the plaintiff;
   • (2) Request for Defendant 1 to pay a penalty of 92,712.33 yuan;
   • (3) Request for Defendant 1 to pay overdue repayment interest losses until the actual payment date, provisionally calculated at 19,009.73 yuan;
   • (4) Request for Defendants 2 and 3 to bear joint and several liability for the above debts;
   • (5) Request for all three defendants to jointly bear the case acceptance fee and preservation fee. (Total: 1,011,722.06 yuan)
