- Basic situation of the new litigation: The Company's subsidiary, Jilin Jinbao Pharmaceutical Marketing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinbao Pharmaceutical"), held the 54th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors on December 8, 2021, and the 3rd extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 24, 2021, which approved the proposal to provide guarantees for Jinbao Pharmaceutical.
