Yantai Longyuan Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has been sued by Shouguang City Yuhua Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Wuxian County Hama Biotechnology Co., Ltd. respectively. The court has accepted the lawsuits. The company has obtained the relevant materials from the Yantai Intermediate People's Court. The situation is as follows: On March 24, 2026, the company disclosed relevant information on the official website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the "Giant Information Network" in the "Announcement on Major Litigation Matters" (Announcement No.: 2026-009). After receiving the lawsuit, the company applied for property preservation and has received the property preservation materials sent by the court. On June 25, 2026, the company received the "Civil Counterclaim" and "Application for Change of Litigation Request" and "Summons" from the Yantai Intermediate People's Court for the two lawsuits. It was learned that the defendant in both lawsuits has filed counterclaims, and the court hearing dates for both lawsuits have been set.
