I. Overview of the Subsidiary's Bankruptcy Liquidation Incident
Jiangxi Tianying Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangxi Tianying"), a holding subsidiary of Jiangxi Huawu Motion Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), has been applied for bankruptcy liquidation by its creditor Hunan Tianzhijie Mechanical Manufacturing Partnership (Limited Partnership) due to its failure to fully repay its due debts. The Intermediate People's Court of Wangcheng District, Changsha City, Hunan Province (hereinafter referred to as "Wangcheng Court") has accepted the bankruptcy liquidation case of Jiangxi Tianying. On January 19, 2026, Jiangxi Tianying received the "Decision" (No. [2025] Xiang 0112 Po 20) served by the Wangcheng Court. Through a public lottery procedure, in accordance with Articles 13 and 22 of the "Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China," Hunan Fangzhe Law Firm was appointed as the administrator of Jiangxi Tianying Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd.
