We, Shanghai LINKS Law Offices (hereinafter referred to as "LINKS" or "the Firm"), were commissioned by Gansu Jinnengguangfu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to issue this legal opinion regarding the signing of the major contract by its wholly-owned subsidiary. Based on the provisions of the "Administrative Measures for the Filing of Legal Opinions by Securities Companies" and other relevant laws and regulations, and in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for the Supervision of Listed Companies" and the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," we have reviewed the relevant documents and information provided by the Company and the counterparty, and have conducted necessary inquiries and investigations.
