Gansu Golden Solar Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Golden Number Sea Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Golden Number Sea"), entered into a "Service Agreement for Intelligent Computing Center Diversified Computing Power Services" (hereinafter referred to as the "Original Agreement" or "Original Service Contract") with Jiangsu *** Big Data Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Computing Power Customer") on June 27, 2025. Golden Number Sea was to provide computing power services to the Computing Power Customer. The contract value, including tax, was RMB 399,360,000.00, with a service period of five years, and monthly payment of computing power service fees. The Company disclosed this information on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn) on June 30, 2025, and fully warned of the risks.
