(the "Company") held the 39th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, where it approved the proposal to appoint Mr. Wei Wei as a non-independent director. This appointment aims to improve the company's decision-making governance and better carry out sustainable operations and other work. Mr. Wei, who is currently the Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary, will serve as a non-independent director from the time of approval at the shareholders' meeting until the end of the current board's term.
