Upon investigation, the Company failed to disclose the progress of major litigation in a timely manner:
In December 2025, Shenzhen Genesis Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Genesis"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genesis, was ordered by the Supreme People's Court in its second instance to jointly compensate Beijing Jingdiao Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Jingdiao") for economic losses of 379 million yuan and reasonable expenses of 2 million yuan, totaling 382 million yuan, due to patent infringement.
