(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently learned through bank inquiries that some of the Company's special accounts for fundraising and bank accounts have been frozen. A total of 29 bank accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries have been frozen, with an actual frozen amount of ¥45,337,322.49, accounting for 5.45% of the Company's net assets as audited most recently.

The freezing of related accounts has had a certain impact on the Company's fund operations and business management. Except for the frozen bank accounts mentioned above, the funds in other accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries can still be used normally. The freezing of related accounts will not have a substantial impact on the Company's daily operations and normal functioning. The Company will strive to adopt various measures to improve the Company's production, operation, and financial situation, and will actively adopt corresponding effective measures to unfreeze the bank accounts as soon as possible.
