I. Resignation of Non-Independent Director and Senior Management
Recently, the Board of Directors of the Company received a written resignation report from Ms. Yuan Fei, a non-independent director, deputy general manager, and chief financial officer. Ms. Yuan resigned from her positions due to retirement from the fifth Board of Directors. After her resignation, Ms. Yuan will comply with the Company's arrangements and take on other roles. Her original term was until the expiration of the fifth Board of Directors on December 14, 2026. Ms. Yuan's resignation will not cause the number of existing board members to fall below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board. Her resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors.
