2025 Annual Assessment Report on the Performance of Accounting Firms and Report on the Supervision of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee over Accounting Firms
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules No. 2 - Normative Operation of GEM Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association of Shanghai Annoqi Group Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Articles of Association"), Shanghai Annoqi Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") Board of Directors' Audit Committee, with a principle of diligence and conscientiousness, has conscientiously performed its duties.
The following is the assessment report on the performance of the accounting firm in 2025 and the report on the Board of Directors' Audit Committee's supervision of the accounting firm's performance:

Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was formerly the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences Accounting Firm, established in 1985. In 2013, it was restructured into a special general partnership enterprise with the approval of the Ministry of Finance and other departments. Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) is registered at Room 1088, Building 5, No. 1630 Yecheng Road, Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai. Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) has been engaged in securities service business since 1993 and has rich experience in securities service business.
The chief partner of Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) is Mr. Lu Shimin. As of the end of 2025, there were 76 partners and 343 certified public accountants, among whom more than 189 certified public accountants have signed audit reports for securities services.
The total business income of Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) in 2025 was RMB 52,237.70 million, of which audit business income was RMB 43,209.33 million and securities business income was RMB 16,775.78 million.
