Special Audit Report on Non-operational Fund Occupation and Guarantee Violations of Zhengzhou Huajing Diamond Co., Ltd. for 2021
Regarding the special audit report on the non-operational fund occupation and guarantee violations of Zhengzhou Huajing Diamond Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yujing Diamond" or "the Company") for the year 2021, we have been entrusted to audit the financial statements of Zhengzhou Huajing Diamond Co., Ltd., including the consolidated and company balance sheets as of December 31, 2021, the consolidated and company income statements, consolidated and company cash flow statements, consolidated statement of changes in equity, and the company statement of changes in equity, along with the notes to the financial statements. We issued Audit Report No. 04041 (2022) on April 29, 2022, with an opinion of "unable to express an opinion."
In accordance with the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Guidelines for the Supervision of Listed Companies No. 8 - Regulatory Requirements for Fund Transactions and External Guarantees," Yujing Diamond has prepared the attached tables for the non-operational fund occupation and repayment situation and the guarantee violations and resolutions for the year 2021 (hereinafter referred to as "the Situation Tables"). The preparation and external disclosure of the Situation Tables, ensuring their authenticity, legality, and completeness, is the responsibility of Yujing Diamond's management. We have reviewed the information contained in the Situation Tables against Yujing Diamond's audited financial statements and related materials for the year 2021. Due to the significance and widespread nature of the issues described in the "Basis for Unable to Express an Opinion" section of Audit Report No. 04041 (2022), we are unable to express an opinion on the Situation Tables prepared by Yujing Diamond. This special audit report is solely for the purpose of disclosing Yujing Diamond's non-operational fund occupation and repayment situation and guarantee violations and resolutions, and it shall not be used for any other purpose.
