Investment Types
The Company and its subsidiaries plan to use idle own funds for risk investments, including but not limited to investments in stocks and their derivatives, bonds, futures, and securities investment products based on the aforementioned investments, as well as other investment behaviors recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. -
Investment Amount
The Company and its subsidiaries intend to use no more than 500 million RMB of idle own funds for risk investments. Within this limit and the effective period of the resolution, risk investment activities can be conducted cyclically, and funds can be rolled over. -
