Independent Director's Annual Work Report for 2025 (Gong Dongjun)
Dear shareholders and representatives:
As an independent director of Beijing BlueFocus Data Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I have strictly adhered to the provisions and requirements of relevant laws and regulations, including the Company Law, Securities Law, and the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies. In my role for the year 2025, I have faithfully, diligently, and responsibly fulfilled my duties, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed various proposals from the board of directors, and effectively maintained the interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially minority shareholders. Below is my report on the performance of my duties as an independent director for 2025:
1. Basic Information of the Independent Director
During the reporting period, my position complies with the independence requirements stipulated in Article 6 of the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and there are no circumstances affecting my independence. My resume is as follows: Mr. Gong Dongjun, born in 1969, obtained a Master's degree in History from Peking University in July 1996. Before joining this group, Mr. Gong served as Senior Vice President of New Oriental Education Technology Group from March 2000 to May 2013 and was the founding Secretary-General of the Peking University Entrepreneurs Club. He has also held positions such as Deputy Director of the Education Committee of the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, Standing Committee Member of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, Member of the 10th National Youth Federation, and Member of the Haidian District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for two terms. Earlier in his career, he was a professional journalist, serving as a reporter for the Hong Kong and Taiwan Department of China News Service from July 1996 to March 1998 and as a reporter for China Youth Daily from March 1998 to March 2000. From June 2013 to August 2019, he was a partner and board member of Beijing Zhenge Tiancheng Investment Management Co., Ltd., and served as an advisor to the company from 2019 to September 2025. Since July 2017, Mr. Gong has also been a director of Hong Kong Future Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. Since September 2024, he has been a founding partner of Real Value Financial Consulting in the United States.
