I. Regarding the Election of the Chairman of the Sixth Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Xiamen Zhongchuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from Chairman Mr. Zhang Hongliang. Mr. Zhang Hongliang has been criminally detained by the public security organ on suspicion of criminal offenses, is unable to perform his duties normally, and therefore applies to resign from all positions as Director, Chairman, Legal Representative, and all special committees under the Board of Directors. He will not hold any positions in the Company after his resignation.
