I. Basic Situation of the Major Litigation
(I) Equity Transfer Dispute Case between Shanghai Zhiyuan and Ying Yusheng, Hu Meizhen, and Nantong Zhiyuan [Case Numbers: (2023) Hu 02 Min Chu No. 125, (2025) Hu Min Zhong No. 69]
Shanghai Zhiyuan Information Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Zhiyuan"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhuhai Century Dingli Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), as the plaintiff, filed a lawsuit against the defendants Ying Yusheng, Hu Meizhen, and Nantong Zhiyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Nantong Zhiyuan") regarding an equity transfer dispute with the Shanghai Second Intermediate People's Court ("Shanghai Second Court"). Shanghai Zhiyuan applied for property preservation. The Shanghai Second Court and the Shanghai High People's Court ("Shanghai High Court") have issued first and second instance judgments, respectively, and Shanghai Zhiyuan has won both cases.
