I, Ye Yong, as an independent director of Zhuhai Century Dingli Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), have diligently and faithfully performed my duties as an independent director during my term, strictly in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Articles of Association," and the "Work System for Independent Directors." I have provided objective, prudent, and fair opinions on significant company matters, effectively safeguarding the interests of the Company and all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
(I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
I, Ye Yong, born in 1974, am a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. I hold a doctoral degree and am a standing director of the Sichuan Provincial Institute of Accounting. Since March 2007, I have been teaching at Southwest Jiaotong University. I am currently a professor of Accounting at the School of Economics and Management, Southwest Jiaotong University. Since May 2022, I have served as a director of Sichuan Dandan Pixian Douban Group Co., Ltd. Since April 2023, I have served as an independent director of Chengdu Feihe Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. Since December 2024, I have served as an independent director of Chengdu Gas Group Co., Ltd. From March 2021 to April 2025, I served as an independent director of the Company.
