On October 16, 2025, the Company disclosed the announcement titled "Announcement on the Freezing of Certain Funds in the Company's Bank Accounts" (Announcement No. 2025-052). This was due to a lawsuit filed by Zhengyuan Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Shaoguan Chuangxinyuan Technology Co., Ltd. regarding a company establishment dispute involving the Company's holding subsidiary, Shaoguan Langzheng Data Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Case No. (2025) Yue 0305 Min Chu 56652). As a result, part of the Company's bank account funds were frozen by the People's Court of Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
